Leading actress, comedian and writer Emma Thompson has come on board and is supporting Pro Corda's garden at this year's RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

“I got to know about the work of Pro Corda after having piano lessons with its CEO Andrew Quartermain. Their musical work for children is crucial because of their equal allocation of provision for those with additional educational needs alongside their chamber music courses. I’m delighted to hear of the “Pro Corda Sensory Garden” being showcased at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show. It symbolizes, in a very public way, the life changing power that music and performance can have on the lives of young people with autism. Music can so often form their central channel of communication, and this innovative musical sensory garden forms a poignant focal point for that ongoing work.” Emma Thompson
