Operations Manager
Join the Pro Corda team at Leiston Abbey, Suffolk.
We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to join our small, dedicated team at an exciting time of growth and development.
As one of the UK's leading chamber music education charities, Pro Corda brings young musicians and adults together through residential courses, concerts and educational programmes, helping people discover the joy of making music together.
Working closely with our CEO, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the charity and our historic home at Leiston Abbey. From coordinating residential courses and events to supporting our students, families and tutors, managing administration and overseeing site operations, this is a varied and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference.
We're looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, experience in administration or arts production, and a passion for supporting high-quality music education.
Role Details
Location: Leiston Abbey, Suffolk (occasional hybrid working possible)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
